  • 1 Toasted Montreal Bagel
  • Mayonaise
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • Your favourite BunkerGreens Mix
  • 1 Fried egg (yolk broken or whole...dealers choice)
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan. Add oil. Then add your egg. Sunny side,overeasy,scrambled....it's up to you!
  2. Toast your Bagel. I like Fairmont's the best but maybe thats because when I moved to the city we used to eat them instead of pizza slices after a night on the town. Just dipped in cream cheese or hummus!
  3. Dress the bagel with some mayo, tomato slices, egg, and top with your favourite BunkerGreens mix and top it with the perfectly toasted sesame seed bagel top! 
  4. *Note don't forget to season your tomatoes and egg. Seasoning is a term used in kitchens to add salt and pepper to something. I Always season my tomatoes and egg before adding them to the sandwich. Just the slightest amount of salt takes a dish from "meh" to "hot damn!".Enjoy!
