  • 1 Large Soft Tortilla
  • ¼ Cup Diced Tomato
  • ⅛ cup Diced White or Red Onion
  • ⅛ Mayonaise
  • ¼ Cup Plain Yogurt with a little salt and pepper in it.
  • 1 Handful BunkerGreens Micro mix
  • 2 eggs Scrambled
  • ¼ cup Cheese (any type)

Instructions

  1. Heat your pan, add oil and scramble some eggs to your liking
  2. Lay down tortilla and spread a little mayo on that sucker
  3. Add scrambled eggs
  4. Add some cheese if thats your thing
  5. Put your tomatoes, onions, and greens on top
  6. Drizzle some of that salted yogurt you made ;)
  7. Fold the left and right sides of the burrito inward and roll that puppy up!
  8. Chow time!
